We provide study-abroad counselling and application guidance. Our role is to advise and support you. Final decisions on admissions, scholarships and visas are made by universities and the relevant authorities — not by us.

We do not guarantee admission, scholarships, visa approval, or any specific outcome. We provide honest guidance and preparation support based on the information you give us.
Your Responsibilities

Fees & Payments
Where a service we provide carries a fee, that fee and what it covers are confirmed to you in writing before the service begins. You are never charged for a service you have not agreed to, and an initial counselling enquiry through this website does not itself create any payment obligation.
Charges set by third parties — such as university application fees, visa and immigration fees, medical examinations, document translation or attestation — are set by those organisations, not by us. They are payable in addition to any fee we charge and are subject to those organisations' own rules.
Any refund arrangement that applies to a service is the one recorded in the written agreement or receipt for that service.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made by third parties (including universities and authorities) or for outcomes outside our control.
